General Refund Policy

As our services are personal in nature and cannot be "returned," refunds are generally not offered once a service has been performed. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work to resolve any concerns.

Advance Payments

Advance payments or deposits for bridal bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the appointment date. If cancelled more than 7 days in advance, 50% of the deposit may be refunded.

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please let us know immediately. We will do our best to address your concerns and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary correction or discount on a future service.
