Cancellation Policy
Standard Appointments
We request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of regular (non-bridal) appointments. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
Bridal Bookings
Bridal appointments require at least 72 hours notice for cancellation. Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will forfeit any deposit paid. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for a confirmed appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
